• Leading the sites and order picking stock • Responsible for team training and job instruction creation • Liaising with shipping, quality control and goods inwards teams to hit allocated UPH targets and service fill rates • Responsible for health and safety compliance issues.

It was an interesting programme.

Just enough. Luckily, we were quiet enough to complete some work during work hours, but there should have been more time available as I did a lot of the work at home.

At the moment, there are too many grey areas around the future with redundancies for me to recommend it as a place to work.
Be prepared to work hard and have very busy periods as well as very quiet periods.
