To prepare and paint vehicles. Clearing area I have worked in. Making sure my job is up to a standard where the customer is happy.
I have learnt and developed more about how to repair and paint a vehicle to a high standard. This is through theory and practical.
I enjoy learning about the theory side of paint so that when I do the practical, I can put this into practise. I enjoy doing more practical hands on work, so I enjoy doing my job.
I would say for the most part it is well organised and structured. I feel sometimes the college could do more when they have practical assessments on.
I have received a lot of support from the employer. They have helped me where they can and given me more ideas to help me with my course.
They also help when needed.
It helps a lot due to learning what could go wrong and how to fix this. Also, we get a lot more in-depth information on the job.
