  • I do really enjoy my programme as I have lots of people to help me if I am stuck.

  • My programme feels very structured. I know what to do and when to do it.

  • I feel very supported by my employer, Whenever I feel stuck or unsure, they always help me out.

  • When working towards my qualifications, I feel very supported by my employer. They are always asking how I am getting on and if I need any help with it.

  • My qualification training helps me perform better as I gain more confidence when dealing with customers after my training as I feel like I have more knowledge that I can tell them.

  • So far, I have not got involved in any extra-curricular activities but I am scheduled in for a couple with my team.
