Yes, I feel a lot more knowledgeable as a whole with regards to HR. My conversations with stakeholders and peers are more informed too. I have also found out a lot more about my own organisation and where they benchmark alongside competitors.
I really enjoy my programme, it is going well and at a pace I can manage. My trainer is very approachable and quick to reply to me when I email her.
It is very structured. I do find that sometimes I could do with a break in between handing in one assignment and starting on the next as it is quite full on to prepare for the workshop when completing the previous assignment.
My line manager is very supportive and always has time for me when I have questions and queries about my apprenticeship.
I receive an adequate amount of support from my training provider, I do not think there is much more they can do.
I believe that it has started to helped me, and as time goes on I will feel more rounded as a HR professional.
Yes, there are lots of social activities, and extra-curricular activities if I want to take part. Not so many networking opportunities though unfortunately.
Yes
I have worked here a long time and I have always felt well supported in everything I have done. I have been given some great opportunities to progress and develop in my career.
Be prepared to work hard, be nice to others and network from the start.
