I work on the bar and also on the floor so I pour drinks, take food orders, clear tables and take food and desserts out to tables as well.
i’ve learnt how to become a better leader and my confidence has grown during my apprenticeship.
I enjoy my programme, the work is good and not too hard, but also not too easy and my coach is really helpful.
My programme is very organised, I know what work i’ve got to do by what deadline and my coach always stays in touch to see how i’m getting on.
I get lots of support from my employer.
I receive lots of support through extra classes, meeting up face to face, phone calls and text messages.
I feel that my qualification has really helped me in my job role because I have a better understanding of what’s expected of me and how to do this and my confidence has really grown.
