Ad Operations Team Leaver Review

My daily tasks involve supporting and motivating my team to encourage them to succeed in multiple goals and KPIs. I communicate with clients, my team and my superiors on a daily business and I am responsible for 25 team members.

I have only just started my apprenticeship, but have already had good sessions with my learning supervisor as well as mentoring sessions provided by my employer in which I have been learning about different communication skills and leadership types.

I have found Babbington to be an incredibly organised and proactive apprenticeship provider. They have made the apprenticeship feel very organic and my studies fit easily into my workload.

Babbington uses fantastic support platforms that make apprenticeship learning efficient and simple to complete.

I receive a lot of support, including regular sessions with my learning supervisor and I am able to contact her in between, whenever it feels necessary.

I believe the skills gained have increased my confidence massively, enabling me to lead my team with ease.
