My role is duty manager. I am dealing directly with customers.
Yes, they introduced new technology and new software. I boost my self confidence every day.
I am enjoying it because I am learning daily and it has improved my communication skills and writing skills.
The programme is very organised, but time is very important.
I received full support but you have to give your own time to complete your assignments. It is really hard to balance home life and work life and also complete our assignments.
I received full support from my training provider even when I was behind my teacher.
I think face to face visits are better then virtual.
Not really, we just socialise from time to time.
No
In this company, career growth is very bad. I will be stuck in one role for years and years.
If you do not have any goals set then yes you can work here, but if you want to progress then this is not the right place to work.
