Yes, I have learnt several new technical skills and a variety of knowledge.
I do enjoy my program, however it is very time consuming and some information is not relevant to my job role.
The program is fairly well strucutued, however having to run two modules at the same time is not ideal.
I recieve a lot of support from my line manager and supporting team. There is not a lot of help from the wider business.
I receive support from the lecturers who provide a good basis to complete exams, however some lecturers have been better than others .
Some of the modules I have completed are not relevant to my job role and do not benefit me currently, although there could be a benefit in the future.
Occasional activities with my team and organised networking events.
Yes
UBS is a great company to work for where I have learnt a lot, made great friends and had a great working experience.
To be yourself, research the company and the industry before any interviews, be open to trying different roles.
