  • Self reflective exercises have helped me evaluate my leadership and management styles.

  • It is fairly enjoyable with a good opportunity to meet new people and new support networks.

  • Being condensed over a few years makes it a very full on programme, which can be difficult to juggle around work.

  • Support is available if I request it, though regular support sessions have not been necessary.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The occasional review is held to discuss development, however, it is hoped this support will be increased in the final year when it comes to planning documents to support the EPA. Tutor support has been highly variable.

  • It should support career development, even if not with the same company.

  • Social activities are held occasionally outside of work hours, along with various craft/baking competitions.

  • The people are fairly nice to work with, but involvement in the company depends very much on your role.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bay Medical Group?
  • Have a passion for helping the local community. Useful also to have a thick skin and the ability to leave work at the door.
