I am a team leader at a pub and I work for Greene King. I take care of daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees. I also make sure the shift runs smoothly and actualise team hours at the end of the day.
Yes, I have developed new skills and learnt so much whilst doing this apprenticeship.
I enjoy learning new things. It can be challenging at times with having to learn a lot in the work environment.
I receive support from my employer that is more work based as opposed to the apprenticeship.
He gives me maximum support and always lets me know that I can call him or message him anytime.
I feel it helps me see the bigger picture when working and not concentrating on the smaller things.
Yes
It is a nice and friendly place to work. And if you enjoy working in customer service, it is a great way to have plenty of interaction with customers and co workers.
It can be challenging at times, but just stick at it because it can also be so rewarding.
