As a software engineer, I am involved in meetings all day, checking what needs to be done and co-operating with other teams to get work completed.
I have developed coding skills and have understood more about softwares and coding.
Although it is difficult to get a hang of, the work environment is great at Lloyds and everyone is really helpful in getting me on track.
Not very well organised. It seems as though there is not much communication between the training provider and Lloyds which caused some confusion with learning requirements.
A lot of support.
Not much support. Very minimal information given and seems as though I am expected to ask the right questions to get the answers I need.
The qualification seems to have no impact on my role, most of what helps me in my role is any self learning that I do by myself.
Yes, there are many extra curricular activities and a lot of social events to get involved in.
Yes
Great work environment and hard working colleagues.
