Network Designer - participate in SDWAN project design, discussion, development and deployment for various companies in the UK.
Learnt many new skills: From 0 network skills to a network designer. From little to no software skills to being able to code in Java, python and use Linux.
I work with very intelligent people. I made some good friends on the course and enjoyed it thoroughly. Currently nearing the end of the apprenticeship.
Very poorly organised. Many changes during the 4 years of my apprenticeship scheme. Consistent backpedal on declarations that were not in writing and many promises made but not upheld. Many apprentices lost within the scheme.
Very high support, ranging from mental health to support with education.
Low support as very few lecturers are consistently busy during the apprenticeship scheme.
My training provider has definitely improved my performance within my role.
Yes, sports day, sport tournaments, code club and more. However, they are not incredibly frequent.
