Analysing and improving currently in place automated processes. Creating automation for current manual processes.
I have learnt lots of new skills and also improved on some other skills such as communication and collaboration.
I have enjoyed my programme as the work has been interesting and helped me improve.
The programme is very well organised with meetings every 6 weeks and set deadlines for tasks. It was clear from the start how I would be assessed.
I often receive support from my manager with things such as building my portfolio or help with any assignments I need.
The support from my training provider has been excellent. My tutor is always available via email or on a Teams call if needed. I get good feedback in regular review meetings too.
I have learned a lot of valuable skills and theory that I can apply to my role while working on my qualification. Being given the opportunity to apply these skills in my role has helped me develop.
There are often social events within my team and with other teams. There is also a Sports + Social Teams Channel that offers lots of different things to get involved in such as 5-a-side football which I have frequently attended.
