Assisting engineers within my office to deliver high quality drawings, schematics and reports for a variety of different projects.
Arup obtain a 70/20/10 programme for training where 70% is learnt through project work, 20% is within the workspace with Peers and the remaining 10% is formal training courses.
I enjoy the flexibility and support that is given to help with academic studies.
The programme is well structured and well communicated to members.
How much I request is how much I get. If I sit still, it will not come easy, but once I ask - peers are helpful.

We have a sports and social team who organise events outside of work for the full office to attend. There are constant opportunities with the wider office, however my individual team rarely have any socials or outings.

I feel entitled and am aware of the steps I need to take to progress.
