I am enjoying the apprenticeship so far, especially now I am getting out of the sections that I have experienced very little with, i.e the customer service bit as I do not deal with that side a lot.
As far as I can tell, everything is designed to make everything as easy as possible for apprentices. It looks as if Aptem is always updating the programme. My lifetime trainer is great as well. She is brilliant at talking me through anything I am struggling with.
When I enrolled on the apprenticeship, my DHM at the time was also doing one so thought I would receive help and advice from her, but she relocated and the current DHM literally came in knowing very little about the programme, but she has been great with the parts she can help me with.
She has been brilliant. I cannot fault her at all. Anything I am struggling with, she is on hand to help and support me with - texts, phone calls and virtually. Especially when I have struggled with certain questions (customer service) she has been able to guide me through them so far.
I am hoping the apprenticeship will help me perform the best I can in my job role so in the future I will very rarely have to ask for help on anything unless of course anything changes.
Not that I know of.
Yes
As a general company to work for they are great as far as I can tell. They offer a lot of discounts etc which works out well for me as a lot of my favourite socialising generally revolves around food. I like all the staff at my site that I have met so that always makes it a nice place to work.
Go for it.
