My main duties consist of starting the morning with a Teams meeting with those who we are shadowing. We would join and then have another meeting with a team and talk about their roles and then take on some of their tasks.
I have learnt patience and team work within a big group. I learned to mix better within large groups and to be more confident in my own abilities and my work. I have learned to listen more and always ask questions but think hard before asking them and not to waste my question.
Well structured.
I received lots of support from my employer.
I received enough support from my trainer.
I think my trainer helps me perform better.
Not that I am aware of, but we did mix after work at lunches.
Yes
I loved working at Lloyd’s and I’m now hoping to gain full time employment with them after I complete my T level.
To look up the company and to do your best always.
