Creating new accounts for 3 different divisions, setting up direct debit onto accounts, changing customers details, loading pricing and general queries.
Yes - my time management has improved, I am more analytical, I pay attention to more (and smaller) details. My general communication skills have improved as a result of talking to customers daily.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme and believe it is very beneficial to start my career and develop skills.
My programme is very organised and well structured - what I have to complete is obvious and I receive lots of support.

I receive lots of support from my training provider. She always clarifies anything I need and will offer to give me a call if something is still not clear to me over emails.

Yes, there is. One Friday a month we have the opportunity to chose any subject we want to learn and spend 2 - 5 doing so. Also, every distribution centre offers different activities. My DC participate in a mud race every other year.

I feel valued at the company and there is definitely chance to progress your career if you want to.
Make sure you are well prepared but more importantly, friendly. No matter what role you apply for you will be interacting with other people very frequently. So being friendly is definitely key.
