Yes - I have learnt how to better manage my personal development. I now take time each week to reflect on my strengths and areas for improvement. I dedicate more time to self-directed learning and I am also transferring my learnings on the first two business focused modules into the workplace.
I enjoy learning and being challenged and I am eager to gain a deeper understanding of how businesses function, how to improve personally, and lead others. The programme is perfect for me and I am really enjoying it.
It is structured well.
I receive a lot of support. Subject matter experts are supporting me with learning and I am being given a lot of opportunities to transfer my learnings into the workplace, such as leading on projects.
The coach has been great and provides feedback, support and direction. The tutors have been approachable and quick to respond on feedback when I have needed it.
The learning is key to my development. First, it is giving me a broader understanding of different business functions, such as marketing. I am now able to contribute to these conversations more effectively and support in decision-making. Second, it has given me a lot of motivation for self-directed learning.
