Ensuring daily operations are all running smoothly and providing the team with correct training so they can deliver the best customer service.
I’ve learnt how to manage other people and I’ve enhance my communication skills. I’ve also learnt how to deal with difficult situations.
I do enjoy taking part in my programme as it helps to better my learning and it is giving me more knowledge and experience in management.
Very well organised - I know when I must complete my tasks and when I will be seeing my tutor for a sit down face to face.
I know I can count on my employer for any guidance that I may need, he is always there to support me.
We have great sessions where we sit down together and go through the work that I’ve done and he really helps and makes sure I’m on the right track.
I’ve gives me a greater understanding on how I need to manage people and the different management styles i can take.

It’s a fun and engaging work environment and it can really help to build core skills such as communication.
