  • I’ve learnt how to manage other people and I’ve enhance my communication skills. I’ve also learnt how to deal with difficult situations.

  • I do enjoy taking part in my programme as it helps to better my learning and it is giving me more knowledge and experience in management.

  • Very well organised - I know when I must complete my tasks and when I will be seeing my tutor for a sit down face to face.

  • I know I can count on my employer for any guidance that I may need, he is always there to support me.

  • We have great sessions where we sit down together and go through the work that I’ve done and he really helps and makes sure I’m on the right track.

  • I’ve gives me a greater understanding on how I need to manage people and the different management styles i can take.
