Involves programming electrical kit and talking to different customers and fitters in understanding what work is wanting to be completed and what is required for the job ahead.
Gained a lot of knowledge and experience using different electrical equipment and also computers and interfaces. Had experience using tools as well as different softwares.
I enjoy the programme and variety of work.
Very well organised with placements and able to fit in university work. Had several placements already in 6 months of being here.

Time taken to get a response can take a while so questions asked must ideally be made whilst on campus.
Some parts of the degree programme are useful on a day to day basis and then some parts just help with the understanding of other areas of the business.

Be willing and open to get involved with as much as you can and network with other departments as much as possible.
