I have developed lots of new skills and knowledge including all of the life skills in life and the basic knowledge for the role that I will aspire to be in.
I really enjoy the mix of college and work. I also enjoy the multitude of aspects of work involved in my job.
It is very well organised now that we are in the correct college.
I receive lots of support from monthly meetings with my line manager and college tutors and NVQ assessors.
I receive lots of support from the tutors, assessors and even colleagues at college.
I think it helps in a few tasks where problem solving and prior knowledge is needed to overcome a problem.
There’s lots of extra curricular activities. I even represented Syngenta in a careers event which allowed to gain more knowledge about my own company and my own apprenticeship.
