Sourcing agency cover for health care services including HCA's, Support Workers and RGNs. Recruiting qualified and non-qualified staff. Ensuring compliance of existing staff members such as RTW checks.
Response times are much quicker. Able to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
Learning new things, but also building on existing knowledge and things that I may have forgotten about.
Trainer is so easy to get hold of. The platform is incredibly user friendly. There is someone with you every step of the way.

Everyone matters, the exec team are visible to branch staff. Everyone is treated as a human being and you are a team, whether that be internally at a branch or as a company as a whole.
Honesty and integrity. It is okay to make an error as long as you can learn from it.
