To provide advice, assistance and support to young people. To attend to their practical, physical and emotional needs.
Yes, being ambitious for young people and creating reports on young people.
I enjoy learning new skills and completing tasks in my spare time.
It is very organised / structured. Help is always at hand if needed.
As much support as I require on a day to day basis.
Depending on the level of support I need , I receive great amount of support.
It helps me because I’ve gained knowledge which I needed to help and support young people.
There are some team building events and staff meetings to keep on top of.
