My job involves leading a team of caters and working alongside my manager to ensure the highest standard of care is being delivered to the residents. I also work with other healthcare professionals for example doctors. I administer medication also.
I have developed new ways to communicate with people and how this can be a benefit.
I enjoy gaining knowledge and information.
It is well organised.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and additional support if I ask for it.
I receive monthly teams meetings with my tutor, but also if I feel I need any support I know I am able to just send my tutor a message.
I feel at the moment that as I haven’t long started my qualification that it hasn’t currently helped a massive amount.
