I am responsible for arranging plant, tool and machinery hire to customers and construction companies. As a plant hire desk controller, using customer services skills and developing professional relationships with clients.
My team leadership skills have vastly improved, and highlighted areas of improvement.
It has helped to improve my skills and take that knowledge forward to help others.
