Yes, I have learned to step back and allow others to take control and carry out tasks under supervision.
I have been supported from the beginning and it’s nice to know you have that comfort blanket if ever needed.
It is completely strict, kept up to date with regular team meetings and steered in the right direction.

I receive 100% support at all times, by email or team meetings and even phone calls I know I am fully supported in this process towards my qualification.
I feel that I can carry out my role on a more professional basis, by having the support and gained experience and more confidence and knowledge to carry out my role.
