Attending meetings, working on my different learning objectives to help me towards my qualification and learning more about the business and my placement.
My emailing skills have improved a lot, general communication within a team and confidence within myself to progress forward with the work that I provide.
I enjoy my programme a lot as it allows me to learn the different areas within the business whilst still learning the foundations of project management.
Programme is well organised we have 4 sets of 6 months placements which allows us to get a wide range of knowledge of where we can possibly go after the apprenticeship.
There is a lot of support, as there are multiple different people I can go to for support whether that be work or personal.
My training provider gives help with all written work as we are able to go on a call and discuss whatever issue we have.
Really well.
There are a lot of community investment projects that I have been a part for example Red Nose Day. Also within my work, I was able to host a successful talent show that raised over 5k.
Yes
The culture within the business is just amazing and there’s always help available whenever you need.
Don’t be afraid to ask the questions as it’s okay not to know everything at the start.
