I do lab work, order raw materials and do uni work. I do uni 2 days a week and do lab work 3 days a week. I have interactions internally and externally out the business due to ordering raw materials and doing uni. I am responsible for the lab work I have to do to collect data so I can share it in future team meetings as well as raw materials stock for oral care. I have been involved in 3 projects so far this year.
I have learnt how to use all the systems in place in my work. I have learnt how to write professional emails to suppliers. I have learnt all the info in my uni course which is beneficial to my work. i have learnt how to present to a team effectively.
I enjoy my programme a lot since work and uni is made so that they link with each other. I am glad that I get time to do uni so I do not feel too under pressure since some weeks uni work needs more time. my work is very flexible over my study time and I get an extra day for studying before an exam.
My programme is very organised. I get two days a week for uni and 3 days for work. This is good since I get to balance my time for uni and work effectively to get the best out of both.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. I get time for uni and extra time when it is needed my employer prioritises my uni course or work which I am thankful for. I get 2 days a week just for uni which allows me to complete all my modules on time and pass my quizzes.
I get extra days for study if I needed them. People in my business are happy to help with my studies and are very supportive.
It allows me to apply what I learn in uni in work. I understand more of certain parts of work due to uni. I get time for both uni and work so I am never under pressure and stressed out about uni work.
People in work host many sports teams, social gatherings and through uni, I can join local uni sports teams.
