On a day to day basis, I communicate with stakeholders across the transformation team as part of my role in the portfolio management office, gaining updates for key milestones on their programmes and projects as well as checking their status if they are red green or amber.
I have learnt a wide variety of people and communication skills and built my confidence in terms of not hesitating to ask questions I am unsure about even if they are small or not related to the work I am doing and having confidence in leading teams and meetings.
The apprenticeship is amazing and very insightful.
I believe it is structured very well and it allows us to work well both within teams as well as individually and use our learning from our classroom lessons in our day to day lives.
A lot, I have loads of different touch points and more than I expected to have.
My training provider helps me a lot when I have questions to ask or ask for feedback in our one to ones but could be better when giving feedback on portfolio in the portal and letting us know when feedback is available for it.
The learning from the qualification is vital for my role and if I did not have it, I would not be able to do my job properly or to a high enough standard.
We create events for Comic Relief and take trips to different engineering bases and around the terminal.
Yes
It is an amazing company with loads of opportunities, not just based on my role.
Do not hesitate to apply.
