Managing staff, making sure they are doing well within their role.
Time management, organisation, confidence.
I enjoy it all as it helps me to develop further and network with others.
It is very well organised and structured.
My employer supports at all times and I cannot fault them at all.
I receive all the support I could ask for as well as regular check ins to make sure I am doing okay.
