All the skills and knowledge I have learnt on the job have been new to me. I have learnt a lot such as budgeting, managing subcontracts and contracts and the contractual law involved.
I am greatly enjoying my programme and have plenty of supportive people working with me.
My programme is structured well, and is helping me learn and pick up skills fast.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. I get plenty of opportunities for training days and events, plenty of time to learn at work, a day at university and the opportunity to teach and introduce others to the role/project through volunteering.
I recieve a good amount of training and assistance from the training provider.
I think it helps greatly as important knowledge and information is taught to me that I might otherwise not learn.
There are loads of activities to get involved in from football to bowling and social nights out with everyone on the project.
