Going into work, doing different jobs to train us, for example one day we will be doing cable calculations and the next day we will be doing sand testing.
Yes, learning how to use python, how to write proper reports.

I enjoy my job, people are really friendly and easy to talk to if there is a problem. They have taught me a lot in the time I have been here.
When applying, be yourself, explain what you know and do not. If they take a liking to you, it is a great company to be in.
