I get to learn on the job as I work four days and one day at college. This is perfect for me as I prefer to learn practically on-site. I am gaining great experience which I can take with me throughout my career.
I have learned a lot of new skills and also developed existing skills such as academic skills and on-site skills.
It is perfect as you are earning as well as learning.
Very well organised.
I get a huge amount of support. We have scheduled meetings with employers and college where they give me feedback and support.
I receive help within my company if I need and help with understanding things.
I feel good as I can see the improvements I have made in my job role.
Many networking events and team social activities.
