Answering calls, calling out, answering and sending emails, loading instructions, ordering deliveries, speaking to policy holders and insurance companies, and giving good customer service.
Yes, I have learnt how to write emails in a professional manor, how to give good customer service even when the policy holder is not being nice, how to organise my day and my maths and english GCSE.

I think it would help if the tutor spoke to management in the workplace to make them understand the importance of giving the student time to do the work given to them, as sometimes it was hard to get off the phone.

My training provider was a great help, I would have not got through it had it not been for him. He supported me in every way.
He helped me put things into practice in the workplace.

It is like a family unit, good work load and I love the people I work with.
More room for improvement, I feel this is why people may leave as there is not much room for improvement and that is what people want, just like myself I hope to climb up the ladder.
