    • I work with different software applications. Debugging, making changes to code and learning new ways to approach a software issue.

    • I have learned how to code using several languages that I had no prior knowledge of. I have also been able to further develop my existing skills.

    • I have loved it so far. The people that I work with are great and I am learning new things every day.

    • My apprenticeship is structured very clearly; I always know what I should be working on, and what I will be moving on to after.

    • My line manager helps me out whenever I need it.

    • I have a training mentor through QA and they have been very supportive.

    • My qualification has been giving me good knowledge of what is expected of my role, and has provided great training.

    • There have been several networking events and they have been very beneficial. I got to meet lots of people that I might never have met otherwise.
