  • Learning new skills daily, meeting clients, never repetitve, good team

  • Very. A lot of emphasis is put on apprentices

  • CapGemini organise themselves well, the learning group QA do not. Poor assessor and structure needs reworking

  • Not much, assessor is poor.

  • Mainly self taught and picked up from new team
