My role is to provide a friendly face to all my customers and staff, making them feel welcome. I make sure that everything is running efficiently and if there is a hiccup, I find the root cause and act on it before it becomes a bigger problem.
The amount of new skills that I have proclaimed within this role is incredible. I understand how the business side of the company runs and how if that doesn’t work the rest runs behind. I know how to deal with issues that if it wasn’t for my training, I would have never known how to handle them.
The programme gives me the opportunity to move forward in my career and gain new and valuable insights into the world of hospitality and business. It is extremely rewarding as I always feel I have added to my knowledge and understanding. I would definitely recommend the program to other students.
Very organised.
A lot of support.
My training provider makes sure that we have one to one sessions on a regular basis. They help me further develop my training and understanding in the certain areas that I am struggling with.
I am better able to inform my staff of how they need to act and preform to better themselves also. This added knowledge provides strength when I am doing certain tasks as it allows me to focus on what is important and best for the team and the company as a whole.

The friendly atmosphere that the team provides to anyone, whether you are a new member, old, or young. Everyone is so incredibly inclusive and welcoming that you feel at home the second you step in. They are all so kind and the work ethic is really quite impeccable and inspiring.
Always smile when working with customers. a smile can change someone’s day. it can make a customer feel seen. When you are settling in, there is so much to learn that it may feel overwhelming.
