On my daily work schedule I get to work for 7 am and gat changed in to my uniform and sweep and dig and install water pipes for the day and then backfill the holes or if need be I can spend my day helping load items of and on vehicle
I have learnt a lot of new skills since I started here I learnt how to drive and I have learnt may things about safety and othe things such as better ways to dig and sweep and to use other devices and how to install a water pipe and connect them
I enjoy the program and the experience it gives me and that it is a nice open concept to have room to grow and learn around what we have to do and that I have made a few freinds from working on site wich has made this a very enjoyable experience
My program is very well structured and is very organised and is set out in a way that helps the aprentasis and gets the to be able to be more relaxed and enjoy the experience and gets them to want to come in and learn more oabut the company and the work
I received so much support from all the members of the company I have came in to contact with it is a very interesting and unique way with all of there differences of opinion and being able to grow and talk to them is a great support system for students
I get a lot of support for my higher ups and they all way ask and see if there is anything in there power to help me out and will check and see if they can help me with my qualifications and if they cant they find someone who can
It helps by showing me what I should do in those surran situations and it can also show what not to do and shows what routs to take so that I am safe and efficient witch is a good way to help with supporting me and helping me get my qualification
Sadly at the moment there are not but in the future I would love to get involved in there events and other activities once I have I would love to be able to enjoy them as much as possible and hopefully help others enjoy it as well and I would
Yes
I would recommend it because it would give them a stady income and a good structure and a good place to be able to find people to help when you need it and it also would help them by getting them somewhere where they can advance up the corporate ladder
I would say as a tip that you should go for it and help them in anyway and answer all qestion and ask qestions to them so that they know u are interested and they they know how much you would want to be in there company and it would help get the job
