My role is to check in our customers and make sure they have a nice smooth journey with us. I also board flights and help with any people that need assistance.
Yes I have learned new communication skills that have made a massive impact on the way I talk to our customers and colleagues.
I enjoy the program as everyday there is different challenges to overcome, however it sometimes gets annoying as customers get angry and shout at us for no reason.
It is organised pretty well as we are informed before hand of our tasks and where to go. However when we get out at a certain place we tend to get moved around a lot.
We receive a lot of support from our employer, I feel like I can talk to my managers about any problems that I have and we can get it sorted.
We receive the correct amount of support our trainers are always here happy to answer any questions that we have they go into detail and give plenty of examples of how to deal with situations
I feel it motivates me as I wish to progress within the company and become a manager.
We have some days where we get offlined to attend to special events such as apprenticeships days this is good as we get a day off work to help other teenagers get the apprenticeship they want
