Very much, the support I receive is super!
They utilise the bud system, so submissions are easy, as is receiving feedback. The tutor is very friendly and supportive, we have regular reviews.
Lots, I am given ample time to be able to complete my work.
Sufficient. I am not one to reach out a lot as I tend to get my head around what is required. However, should I need any assistance, I know my mentor is always on hand for me, and very approachable.
It confirms the information I already have, but in an informal way, whilst helping me learn about new approaches to care.
We have been out for a staff meal. But as we are a new business, more needs to be done in this area.
