    • Registered Care Manager, responsible for a community care company, implementing policies and procedures, recruitment, roster production, care planning, supervisions and reviews.

    • Always developing my skills, the more I learn, the more effectively I can do my job.

    • Very much, the support I receive is super!

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • They utilise the bud system, so submissions are easy, as is receiving feedback. The tutor is very friendly and supportive, we have regular reviews.

    • Lots, I am given ample time to be able to complete my work.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Sufficient. I am not one to reach out a lot as I tend to get my head around what is required. However, should I need any assistance, I know my mentor is always on hand for me, and very approachable.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It confirms the information I already have, but in an informal way, whilst helping me learn about new approaches to care.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • We have been out for a staff meal. But as we are a new business, more needs to be done in this area.
