  • In sales support, you work to handle daily requests from customer such as quotes, order queries and also chasing/closing deals for account managers.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I loved the on the job training and getting the experience I needed to move into a higher sales support role. The apprentice work was challenging to juggle with whilst doing a full time role but this taught me great time management skills.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Remit were a great training provider and supported me throughout the scheme. They helped me handle my apprentice work but Softcat also really helped me balance my time with focusing on the sales support role, but also my apprenticeship coursework.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received loads of valuable support throughout the scheme. I also had guidance and someone to turn to either in Softcat or my training provider which allowed me to perform to the best of my ability and achieve the grade I did.

  • Remit provided loads of support throughout my qualification which helped me massively progress.

  • Massively, to the point I was able to move up the ranks with Softcat.
