Running shifts and dealing with guests and team, cash handling, cashing up, deposits and refunds. Complaints handling, food running, kitchen closing, hosting. Allergy trained. Guest experience. Team managing. Admin. Stock control.
I have built on my confidence and how I manage the team. I have a deeper insight to the business and hospitality industry.
I really enjoy it, it gives me a deeper knowledge into businesses and how to deal with different situations.

My employer is there when I have needed help or when I need to put a plan in place to learn at a deeper level.
I can not fault my learning couch. He has been fantastic. He has always supported me and talked me through what I am struggling with until I get to a stage I feel confident that I can understand the questions.
