There are special training courses that you may have to take. For example as a dementia and diabetes champion I have had to do extra training in these areas.
You are constantly being challenged and given opportunities to learn new skills. There is no such thing as a silly question and you are encouraged to ask away.
Well structured and you just need to make time to push yourself to study.
The support is there if you need it. The training manager is always available to help if you require it.
Very good and well experienced. Will help immediately when asked and helps to motivate you if you are not having a good time.
Any type of CPD and Personal Development Plan gives you a sense of confidence and motivation. So mentally you feel better prepared to tackle issues you may encounter.
There are other internal courses that are available if you are interested in. As a dementia and diabetes champion, I tend to get involved in those extra activities.
