  • Maintaining high standards of work and compliance with UCAS accreditation requirements, complying with the site quality system for materials testing laboratory, including materials reporting, delivering results by deadlines as required by the contract and project teams, maintaining equipment calibrations and notifying the lab manager of any defects requiring attention, identifying, recording and reporting of Best Practice to Project and off-site and passing to Laboratory Manager, producing summary compliance reports of material compliance as required by the contract by required deadlines.

  • Because it fits in perfectly with my career aims and helps me to become a better person through the skills I have learnt.

  • It is well organised as I have time to learn new testing and get plenty of time do my apprenticeship work done.

  • I got a lot of support including support from outside of work too.

  • I get lots of support as they will take the time to make sure you are happy with everything.

  • To give me a better understanding of the industry.

  • There are a lot of activities within the company, activities that involve other apprentices within the company. I am already 7 months in and I have been to so many events.
