My role in the company is to clean and maintain brand standards of our hotel rooms and public areas.
I have learnt how to work as a team and supervise. I have been training new members of team as well over the last year or so.
I have enjoyed my apprenticeship it has given me a wider insight of the business and how things have a knock on effect.
It took me a while to grasp the programme but once I had my work coach it was made much easier.
I have done my apprenticeship mostly by myself if I’m honest, my employer has supporting me when they can.
My training provider is always on hand if I need help and advice, my work coach has been brilliant in supporting me.
It has helped me with dealing with people in a different manner, helping and guiding them when they need it.
There has been in the past a sponsored walk to raise money for gosh who is our nominated charity.
Yes
They are a great company to work for, very understanding and fair.
I would tell them to apply as there is also scope to move up into different departments
