I am responsible for the design of internal systems with the company. I host workshops and do designs.
Yes, I’ve become a lot more confident with my presentation skills and also my professional skills of designing on Figma have improved.
I love my programme and have found it so helpful in developing myself personally and at work.
I am in the first year of the apprenticeship so it can be difficult at times, but overall it is organised.
I get a lot of support from my employer and have my own mentor at work.
I receive a lot of support from MMU as I have a skills coach and access to support systems.
It definitely helps me in my role and I’m able to apply what I learn at uni to my work projects.
