Lifetime training is a great apprenticeship provider, you get paired with a learning coach mine she is so helpful and such a great teacher, I have dyslexia so sometimes have difficulties learning and understanding but she is always so great at helping me find ways to make learning easier, I find it very enjoyable and the work load is a perfect manageable size.
In my apprenticeship I have learnt lots of new things so far I have really benefited from learning the importance and history of legislation, aptem makes the learning so easy to undertand with a mix of videos and things to learn alongside the one to one lessons I have regularly.
So far I am really enjoying my programme, I am finding it very informative. my lifetime coach is very accommodating she has allowed us to have extended one to one sessions as I have dyslexia so it allows me to have more time to digest and understand the content.
It is organised really well, the learning is broken down into each month which makes it super manageable. It is easy to undertand the content as there is a mix between videos, information to read and one to one sessions with your life time learning coach, which makes it easy to learn all of the information.
My employer is very supportive, they allow me time to complete my training and help me to complete off the job training which allows me to learn more to help me with my job and also my end point assessment. They allow for my apprenticeship learning to be manageable and easy to complete.
The level of support from the training provider is exceptional, I have regular one to ones with my learning coach and if I am doing learning ouatide of my sessions I can always just pop her a message and she will respond with help and guidance. I couldn’t fault it
I feel like I can perform my role a lot better since doing this apprenticeship as it teaches me a lot of the background of what my job is specifically the legislation to do with health and safety and gddpr it gives a great knowledge from what I had before.
We quite regularly have social events outside of work which really helps our team work well togyher at work because it builds our bonds and team spirit. Every couple of months we will all get to together outside of work. Once a year whitbread also holds an event that management teams can attend.
Yes
I think it is a great company, being able to complete an apprenticeship along side working is a great way to gain more understanding to the job I do everyday and I feel super supported by both my learning coaches from lifetime and my management team in whitbread it is a really great company.
To take every opportunity given to you I started as a housekeeper for premier in then cross trained to being a receptionist and am now completing an apprenticeship along side my role, you feel super supported by both lifetime and whitbread. It is very rewarding and I would highly recommend
