My job as a nursery practitioner is to look after children in the pre-school room, this includes implanting activities, feeding and changing the children, giving feedback to parents, updating the children’s tapestry accounts and filling out paper work about their day.
Yes I’ve learned lots of new skills during my training
I really enjoy learning on my apprenticeship
Very well organised I always know where I’m up to and what I’m doing next.
I receive lots of support from my employer they always help when I need it
My training provider goes above and beyond to help me in my qualification
It really helps, I’m able to take what I learn and put it into practice
No but we do have staff training days and stadf outings on occasion

It’s a really good place to work, the management team is very flexible and understanding of a work/life balance and 100% supportive in all areas
