On a day-to-day basis I build cars with other associates. There are 14 takts in a day so we build 14 cars a day. You can get signed off on jobs so then you can build on your own. You can go on placements onto different departments and experience different things.
Yes. I have learnt so much. I have been signed off of jobs and can build multiple parts of cars. In my placement I have learnt how much problem solving is involved.
A lot. It is really interesting. I have learnt so much.
There are some parts that are disorganized. However, currently there are no problems.
There are bi-weekly catchups which we can attend if we need support.
The training supporters are amazing. They work really hard to help out.
It helps a lot. I use my qualification a fair bit in my day to day role.
They have social events sometimes and have events to help out schools.
