    • I am an apprentice in a paint shop at Rolls Royce and at the moment I am shadowing the tooling planner.

    • I really enjoy the responsibility that I have.

    • Its okay, some things could be better.

    • I receive a lot from my manager in my home department.

    • My provider is very helpful as he goes above and beyond for us.

    • I believe it helps a bit but it could be more specific at points.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Only one thing called green goblin. Which is where we help a local school build and race go-karts.

    • Yes

    • It is a very good company to work for and they treat you well.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?

    • Just apply and try to get in because even if you do not get the job, the interview process is a good experience and gives you valuable skills.
