I am an apprentice in a paint shop at Rolls Royce and at the moment I am shadowing the tooling planner.

I really enjoy the responsibility that I have.

I receive a lot from my manager in my home department.
My provider is very helpful as he goes above and beyond for us.
I believe it helps a bit but it could be more specific at points.
Only one thing called green goblin. Which is where we help a local school build and race go-karts.
